Organization Description

Jet Wash is set up as a straightforward organization. We are a small business consisting of:

• President & CEO

Handles all negotiating, purchasing and decision-making. Accounts payable and receivable.  Hires, and terminates employees. Employee support.

• Vice President

Handles finances and helps with decision-making. Liaison between Jet Wash and airport. Relieves president and manager during high peak conditions and off duty periods.

• Manager

Oversees entire operation, making sure all requirements are met. Trains employees. Checks flight status and adjusts job priorities. Employee scheduling. Handle employee needs.

• Supervisor

Oversees entire operation, making sure employees work efficiently. Watches for safety concerns. Checks and services equipment. Directs job duties.

• Aircraft Cleaners

    Performs cleaning services.

We resource employees through local Airframe & Powerplant schools. We believe that this is a win-win situation. Through Jet Wash, they can extend their desired knowledge of aviation.
We resource employees by recommendations of other aviation personnel. We believe aviation personnel know what it’s like to be a team.
We also resource employees through our own employees. We embrace friendship.

Jet Wash is based at Landmark Aviation, San Diego’s Lindbergh Field (SAN) and also services Palomar Airport (CLD), Montgomery Field (MGM), Gillespie Field (CJN) and Brown Field (SDM)
